Returns & Exchanges

We keep things simple.

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or store credit.

We offer exchanges for sizing, and replacements for damaged or incorrect items.


Sizing Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping
  • Exchanges are subject to availability

To start an exchange, please email info@lidobeachwear.com with your order number and name on the order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@lidobeachwear.com and we'll make it right.


How It Works

Once your exchange is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

What We Do Not Offer

  • No refunds
  • No store credit
  • No returns outside of sizing exchanges
  • No returns after 14 days

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
