Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned within 14 days of your item(s) delivery date. Lido Beachwear does not offer refunds of any kind, only store credit. All returns must be approved by emailing info@lidobeachwear.com

Please make sure you want your item before you place your order. We do not allow order cancellations due to the quick turn-around time of our shipping department.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled and shipped. Orders may be split across multiple shipments.

All damaged items must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item. Please email us with a photo attached. If you contact us after 14 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

We recommend washing your Lido Beachwear garments in cold water. To maintain the integrity of the terry cloth and preserve its softness, please do not use a dryer. Instead, hang or lay flat to dry. This will help your Lido Beachwear pieces stay beautiful for many seaside adventures to come.
